CERAMIC 740 discs are fast cutting products with improved performance that last significantly longer that the conventional abrasives. A water-based stearate coating provides maximum load resistance, thus extending the life of the product.
Self-sharpening ceramic grain ensures consistently aggressive sanding with at the same time low contact pressure. The discs remain aggressive in their sanding capacity, right down to the last grain.
They are perfect for sanding scratch-resistant varnishes, E-coats, primers and composites eliminating thus the need of other speciality products. Moreover, putting increased working pressure becomes easy for the user when sanding with 740 discs hence providing higher removal rates. Their 15-hole pattern contributes to a dust-free environment.

Ceramic Grain (CER)
A tough and hard grain with excellent self-sharpening features, due to its micro-crystalline structure. Ceramic is suitable on Clear Coats, Primers, Putties, Hard Composites, Hard Wood and Metal surfaces.
